AI is more of an academic specialization, where Information Security is a corporate/business specialization. If you’re equally interested in both fields on their own merits, then it’s worth considering what you want your career environment to look like. If you want to get your B. S. degree and go straight to the work force, Information Security is a solid bet. If you want to continue on toward an M. S., then a doctorate, and spend your career working in research labs or universities, AI might be the better way to go.
The best colleges to pursue this courses is defintely abroad as they provide quality education at all costs
