Hii Bhagyashree,
I hope you are doing great!
I would like to inform you that b.tech(bachelor's of technology) is an engineering field that requires mathematics as the main subject in your intermediate.
As per the eligibilty and qualification criteria of b.tech courses it is a bit difficult for you to apply for this course in any of the government college.
However, some of the private colleges may offer this course to pcb students but that too at a very high cost.
You may check some of the private colleges such as
1) LPU- lovely professional University allows pcb students to pursue b.tech in computer science despite mathematics not being your main subject in 10+2.
However, you have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by the University and qualify that as per their eligibility criteria.
The course duration is of 4 years and the total fees would be around 9-10 lakh rupees.
For more colleges you may refer to

But I would like to advice and suggest you to look for courses in pcb field too. You will find a plenty of courses regarding this stream and there's a huge scope in it also. Because it will be very difficult fir a biology student to cope with mathematics untill and unless you don't have a large interest in that and you are too good in mathematics.
If you have had mathematics also as a major subject in your intermediate then you can apply for jEE mains examination that is held twice a year and allows large number of candidates to pursue engineering courses from their dream government colleges.
