Hello Ashwin,
There is no such degree as 'MSc in Journalism' although there is an 'MA in Journalism'.
You can pursue a master's degree in Journalism regardless of your undergraduate education but the chances of admission may be reduced due to the vast difference between the domains of the two fields.
The requirements for pursuing a master's degree in Journalism include:
1. English language proficiency test scores: These exams include the IELTS and TOEFL. Either one of these scores are requisite, although if you are applying for a university in the United States, TOEFL is more preferred. As journalism is a degree requiring the extensive use of language, the scores in these tests should be high (generally 7.5+ for IELTS and 100+ for TOEFL iBT).
2. GRE test scores: For most Universities, the GRE test scores are not required for a master's in Journalism. But many colleges require GRE scores for University enrollment and not the specific department of admission. Although there are generally no GRE score minimum for arts programs, a GRE score above 310 is safe when applying for admission. Additionally, a score of 4+ out of 6 in the Analytical Writing section is also a must have for journalism students.
3. Portfolio: This is by far the most important requirement for admission. When considering prospective arts students, test scores are only used to filter students and the promapr decision of admission is based on the portfolio and other essays. The portfolio May differ from university to university but almost always requires a certain amount of written material to showcase your abilities.
4. Statement of Purpose: Apart from the portfolio, the statement of purpose is the 2nd of the two most important things for admission. This is the first thing that the admissions committee read and therefore the most influential.
5. Resume: In order to set yourself apart from the rest of the students, especially since your undergraduate degree is in a STEM field, it's important to mention journalism related achievements in your resume in order to ensure the admissions committee that you are suitable for this course.
6. Letters of Recommendation (LOR): Always ensure that your letters of recommendation are from people who have actually known you. Most applicants believe that an LOR from a person with a higher designation is better than one with a lower designation but that is not the case unless your recommender knows you and your work intimately. Most universities require recommenders to answer a series of questions about the applicant as well and therefore, recommenders who are familiar with you are always better suited than those who are not.

Yes you can and there are universities that provide this major buut you need to make the university believe why do you want to change your majors, most importantly you need to be able to convince the university why this change in majors is the right decission and what motivated you to do so. You will need to explain it thoroughly in your SOP.
You can apply for a PG program in Journalism after you bachelors. Journalism is one field where your are welcome without any problems related to field and experience. The only thing which require the most to enter is current affairs and a command in writing.
