Entrance test for BA Political Science in JMI will be conducted for one hour and 45 minutes, total Marks is 100 in MCQs format, there will be four sections mainly such as Language Skills of 20 marks, General Awareness of 40 marks, Reasoning is of 20 marks, and Social Awareness is of 20 marks. You can read newspaper on a daily basis for general awareness for dynamic part, for static portion you may refer Lucent's GK or the website GK Today, for language skills, you can use Wren and Martin book for grammar, basically you need to have a strong base in order to answer questions related to language skills, reading editorials of The Hindu too help in developing these skills, and you can use NCERTs book for social awareness. The paper isn't so tough, it will be based on 10+2 level only, you can search the Internet for previous year papers
