Hi
Jee mains is one the toughest exam in your life you will ever face and it is one the most difficult engineering etrance exam in india. It is the gateway for admission is different reputed colleges or universities. And thus it becomes very important to crack jee mains.
As per your question no amount of preparation is enough for jee no amount of practice is enough the more the better that is the concept of this exam. There is no strict law that you have to follow this books for jee. You can follow the book of your choice and feel comfortable in clearing your concepts as long as you get good rank which lands you in the rooftop of any NITS. JEE prescribes students to follow ncert books. Students also find it easy than their board books but to be honest even NCERT books are not enough for jee. For more clear concepts of the chapters you need a reference which will provide you knowledge in greater depth. I suggest you go through your rbsc books and also ncert books and see which concept is better written in which books and you can understand well, refer both the books and do your preparation. Along with that follow
H.C verma and D.C panday
Concise Inorganic Chemistry and
Advanced Problems in Organic Chemistry
Plane Trigonometry
Try to refer this books also. Time bound solving of previous years papers and mcqs in regular basis is a must for jee mains.
