It would be a little difficult to prepare for JEE main ,Neet and your state level CET examination but yes you can definitely prepare and ace all these three examinations with proper planning and time management.
This is because,
The syllabus of all the three entrance examination is basically the syllabus of your 10+2 , so you don't need to prepare separately for each of these three entrance examination.
For example,
If you prepare for JEE mains then you don't need to prepare separately prepare for your state level CET ,what you can do is just prepare for JEE Main and then try solving your state level CET entrance examination question paper of previous years and I bet you if you prepare well for your jee main then you can definitely get good marks in your State CET examination as well. If your state level cet examination has some additional topics which are not there in JEE mains then you can study them separately.
Coming to neet,
The only difference between JEE mains and Neet examination is in NEET examination you have Biology in place of mathematics , so you don't need to separately prepare for Physics and Chemistry for Neet examination also if you prepare for JEE Mains then I will be a bit easy to solve the Physics and Chemistry questions of Neet examination. You just need to prepare Biology separately for Neet examination. And for that you can completely rely on NCERT of class 11th and class 12th and for the topics in which you face difficulty you can follow trueman biology and for practicing MCQs you can go for NCERT at your fingertips by MTG.
And once you cover the complete syllabus please go through previous year question papers and mock test papers of all these three examinations.
If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you
