CLAT is conducted for admission to integrated law courses such as BA-LLB/BCom-LLB/BBA-LLB etc for a duration of five years, its eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% aggregate, in case of reserved category there is relaxation of 5%, if you are already a graduate then you can opt for LLB which is also an undergraduate law degree but its eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University securing 45%-50% aggregate, admission process varies among universities, it can be done through entrance test such as DU LLB, BHU UET, LAT, SET AIAT or state level law exams such as MAH CET LAW, KLEE, RS LAWCET, AP LAWCET, or the admission can be based on the merit of the qualifying examination like in case of The Tamil Nadu Dr BR Ambedkar Law University.
