Can I Present my state EWS certificate in my Home state NIT on The Physical Verification day during admission?

Yes you can, but for mentioning EWS you should have mentioned your EWS category at the time of registrations, if you haven't done so, your EWS category will not be accepted. however you can change your category after completion of your ist year, when your will be registering for your 3rd Sem/ second year
