Can i pursue a 3 years llb degree from du simultaneously with a masters non college degree from JNU???

No. It's a graduate programme. If you study LLB it's 3 years duration after completion of your graduation, while the BA LLB is 5 years course right after intermediate. The PG in law as called ML.-Master of Laws.
Various institutions offer L.L.B. or Bachelor of Legislative Law which is an undergraduate law course offered by different Indian universities, but they cannot provide B.A.L.L.B or Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws which is a dual degree professional course in administrative law..
Therefore, what you really need to do is apply for the integrated law course, since you have completed 12th standard. The only difference is that while LLB is 3 years long program can be done after graduation, but of integrated law course, like BA LLB is a 5 years program and can be done after 12th standard.
Eligibility. Generally, eligibility for LLB is based on marks scored at the graduation examinations. The person should be a graduate of B.A. or B.Com. or B.Sc. degree with minimum 40% marks (35% for SC/ST.
Faculty of law ,du is one of the most prestigious institution for law.Delhi University offers only 3 years LLB course which can be done after completing your graduation in any field. There is no 5 year course LLB offered by Delhi University.
