Yes but among these two one should be correspondence I.e private mode .

Two courses Re prohibited simultaneously to pursue in regular .As a logic there comes scene of fraud in getting degree of we say we have two regular degree .

So you have to choose one private .

Yes you can do D.el.ed from regular and b.com (//b.com) as correspondence.
eligibility for D.el.ed is clearing 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50%. If you fulfil  the eligibility criteria you can apply for this . Admission in DelEd is given either on merit basis or through entrance exam.

And b.com (//b.com) you can do from DU sol or ignou
