Yes, you may combine the two courses to get a bachelor's and a master's degree. After meeting the prerequisites for both degrees, you are permitted to pursue a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Science as a combined degree program. Following the "Indian Express" story with the title "Students may now pursue two degree courses at the same time" reveals that UGC has finally granted students the go-ahead to pursue two degree programs concurrently. Students may now enroll in a traditional full-time degree program from the same university or another school and pursue an extra degree program in open/distance learning mode at the same time. You may combine an MSc with a B.Ed. degree. I really hope this has been of assistance to you.
