yes you can pursue both courses if you have PCM in your 12th .

The eligibility for Btech Biotechnology is 55% marks in Science stream of PCM and Eligibility for Bioengineering is 50% marks in Science stream PCM or PCB from a recognized board.

These are the eligibility criterion for B.tech in Biotech-
- Matriculation with-60% marks Sr. Secondary (10+2) 70% marks (Aggregate) & minimum 60% marks in PCM Computer Science/PCB for Biotechnology wia thout gap between 10th and 12th.
- Minimum 50% marks in Maths

Sorry, but without biology you can not pursue Bteçh biotechnology or bioengineering . For that you are required to study pcmb in class 12th. However if you have given JEE mains then ,you can look at other branches and other colleges as per your crl using jee main college predictor-
