yes, as you have completed MSc in Computer Science, after your 3 years of LLB you can get into the field of Cyber Law, which is highly in demand in India. You have the expertise in Computer Science, and after expertise in Law, you will be able to proceed smoothly. During your Course of Law, make sure you have enough internship experience related to the field of Cyber Law or get into such certificate course. People will talk funny about your decision to take up law, but don't give a damn. Hope you have that attitude. It will obviously take time in settling in this field, depends on your capability. So think, think, seek advice and then get into to it.

You can pursue MSc after LLB as the eligibility criteria for LLB is graduation from any recognised institute. As for the benefits there isn't any special provision for PG's pursuing LLB. But if your background is for eg computer science then you can pursue cyber law or some field related to your specialization since you are already aware of technicalities in it.
