Yes it is possible to pursue Aerospace Engineering after completing B.Sc in Physics. An eligibility criterion for taking admission into this course is passing out higher secondary examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. BSc Physics is much vast when compared to aerospace engineering.

Eligibility criteria for m.tech in aerospace engineering is following:
Candidates should have qualified their bachelor's degree in b.tech/ B.E in aerospace engineering with a minimum of 55% marks for reserved category and 60% marks for unreserved category.
Candidates also need to appear and qualify GATE.
As you do not have bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering you are not eligible for m.tech in aerospace engineering.
