Well due to the introduction of the New Education Policy many people have started to change their streams and go ahead in the desired fields they like.
You can definitely go ahead and do MA after M.Sc..
The procedure for the same will be the general admission procedure that is required. One need to clear the entrance exam for the admission. At times, the admission could also be done on the basis of interview.
Kindly go through the college brochure for the same as what is the required eligibility for the admission in the required course.
