Dear Anushi,

Yes you can do that.

Months back University Grants Commission (UGC) has approved the proposal for permission of pursuing two degrees simultaneously by the two different universities or even the same universities if they offers. Though the detailed notice is to be released soon according to the report of The Tiimes of India but the approval of this proposal has been done.

Please note that out of these two degrees one should in regular mode and other one should be either in open and distance learning or online.

So as you said you want to pursue LLB in regular mode and want to do Masters in forensics in distant mode, then yes you can go for this idea and it is allowed to do so.

I hope this answer helps you.

All the very best!
