Yes, but you need to appear for any of the entrance examinations like CAT, MAT, SNAP, GMAT to qualify for MBA Aviation courses. You should have passed your graduation from any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%. So with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, you are eligible for pursuing MBA in Aviation.
