Can I pursue M.ch after completing MBBS?

Hello,

Magister chirugiae (Mch) is a post graduation course which requires entrance exam NEET PG qualification.

Under Mch there are some popular courses like Neuro surgery, Cardio - thoriac vascular surgery, Plastic surgery, Urology.

Course duration is of 5 years if done after MBBS and 3 yrs if done after MS

Number of seats in India is 1499

So yes you can do M.ch after completing MBBS WHICH WILL BE OF 5YRS

, Yes you can persue because on completion of MBBS degree candidates can pursue M.Ch as a 5 year degree course. However, after pursuing MS if candidates opt for M.Ch (Master of Chirurgiae) then the MCH course duration will be 3 years.

Dear Aspirant,

MCh is  a super speciality course,aspiring candidates can pursue Master of Chirurgiae degree after MBBS as a five year course.Also such candidates who are in possession of their MS degree can opt for MCh as a 2 year course after completing of MS.
