As you said you have got 75 percentile in JEE MAINS....so the thing i.e. matter is the rank you have got. You will be get selected on basis of your rank not on the basis of the percentile or the mark you have got. So the basic eligibility criteria to get qualify for JEE Advance are as follows-:
Performance in JEE Main 2019:
Top 2, 24,000 All India Rank holders in JEE Main 2019 are eligible for the JEE Advance
The percentages of various categories of candidates to be shortlisted are as such
27% seats for OBC-NCL category,
15% for SC category,
7.5% for ST category
and the remaining 50.5% is OPEN for all.
Age:
if you belong to General category, then you should not be more than 26 years of age.
Number of Attempts:
there are only 2 times in 2 consecutive years
Appearance in Class 12 (or equivalent):
you should have to appear for 10+2 or equivalent in 2019 to get eligible
Performance in Class 12 (or equivalent):
you should have Minimum 75% marks in 12th or equivalent or t you must be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of qualified candidates in their particular 12thr equivalent examination.
From the above criteria you will notice that I have mentioned about the total no of rank which are get qualified for advance. As such you can calculate the total rank in SC category that will get qualify for advance and hence you can know whether you are going to qualify or not.
As it says that 15% for SC category so i.e. approx up to 33600 rank in SC category will get qualify for advance. If your all India SC rank us within this then you will get selected to sit in the JEE Advance.

Yes definitely you will qualify for jee advanced entrance exam based on your jee mains percentile if you are a sc category student.But wait for the final result announcement.

The actual percentile for the jee advance is still not yet released because January session is completed but where as april session yet to be complete right so we should wait till completion of april session as well
So as your percentile is considered it is low i guess so alot of competition is there and it will vary based on category to category
So exactly the information of eligibility will be knowing after april session
As you category is mentioned the chances of qualifying will be more
