Certainly, you can quit the pharmacy college and join any college or any course according to your interest . Clearing JEE is not an easy task for students, If you have cleared this entrance exam than surly you should quit pharmacy . Because most of students of IIT can easily get placement in most refuted companies .If you got IIT then that will be much better for your future prospective even you got much more better salary package after course completion.
And there is not any boundation for students to pursue there respective course.
