It varies from college to college. Some colleges do allow applying to two or more than two courses through a single form but many colleges also do not allow application to more than one course through one form. In such case I suggest you to fill a fresh form for the other course you want to apply to. Private colleges like Amity University do allow to apply to more than one course through one form and many don't. Hope this might help you.
