No it is not possible to refill or edit the application once you have made your payment through the online mode. Refilling is not possible because you have used an identification information in your form. But don't worry, because most of the times the mistakes go unnoticed (except the necessary details like marks, name, age, date of birth, etc). If you think the mistake was a big one, then you may write an application to them through email and send them, requesting them to overlook the wrong information and consider the correct one provided in the mail.

Hello,I would like to apologize and rectify my mistake for the previous answer I provided.SO, the answer is NO as "..the portal allows you to register only once. However, you can rectify error by logging again into your account through the “Edit” button at the end of each session/page till the online registration portal is open & the fee is not paid."

Yes, you can refill your Delhi University registration form. Make sure to register with another email-id so that there is no clash between the previous form you have filled.
