Yes you can. If you look at the notification http://www.updgme.in/docs/9942160.pdf, at this point in time, the schedule for Round 1 has been released. If you look at the prospectus http://www.updgme.in/docs/996UPNEET%20UG-2020%20BROCHURE.pdf, 2nd round tentative schedule has been mentioned as well. So if you do not want to appear for Round 1, you can register for Round 2. bt mam I didn't register in 1 st round then also can I take part in 2 round counselling

you have to register again for Round 2 and then participate in the Counselling.
