Can I remove one out of two subject's marks from my Improvement exam mark sheet ?

Hi there,
If you had applied for two subjects and one paper didn't went well than you can't remove the marks of the subject which went bad because as per the rules you will get only certificate which will show marks of both the subjects(physics and mathematics)
