If your query is regarding MP BE Counselling 2020 then the last date to register for round 1 counselling was October 3, 2020 since the deadline has past you cannot apply. However, round 2 counselling registrations starts from October 13, 2020 - October 24, 2020. You can register for round 2 and participate in the counselling.
