Hello,
The number of hours that you spend studying in a day will depend on your endurance.
I think rather than fixing time it would be better to fix the topics you would finish that day, and then accordingly set time required to cover those topics.
Since you do not have much time left now and just a few months, My advice to you would be to revse through all that you have studied till now. If You plan on studying anything new then you should check for topics that have more weightage and study those. Also when you study maintain a notebook where you write down the important points and formulas as this may be helpful to you when you want to go through the topics at a quick glance.
Also do as many previous years question papers as possible. This helps you to recollect the formulas, gives you an idea on where you have to improve and will also help you to manage time better.
Below I have shared a link where you can get mock test series.:

And the below link will give you previous years question papers:

Another important thing is that don’t study anything new at the last minute and this can create confusions.
NEVER TAKE YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED . Get proper sleep, eat healthy food and keep your self hydrated. Ensure that you do not stress your self too much and give enough time to relax and take breaks. Always remember that if you are stressed out then take a break as it would not bring out any good results when you put yourself in more stress.
Finally, on the day of the exam relax and don’t get tensed. Keep your mind clear and give the exam. You will surely be able to do well.
Also I understand it becomes really difficult to concentrate on your studies, specially during this time.
Below I will share some tips that will help you to concentrate better:
Find a time which is best suitable for you to study. Some find it better to concentrate in the morning while others find they can do better in the night.
Decide what portions you would like to finish in that particular day
Prepare a timetable according to the above, keeping slots for breaks
Start studying with your favorite subject, so that you don’t get bored from the beginning itself
Take breaks when you get bored, and try to avoid studying at a stretch for a longer duration.
Always keep some time apart for your hobbies, exercise, etc.
Eat healthy food, sleep well and also socialise. A healthy mind is the most important for good concentration
Do some mind games like Sudoku, Crossword puzzles, Chess, etc
Also try meditation
Following these I am sure you will be able to improve your concentration
Good Luck
Hello aspirant,
6-8 hrs
On an average, a daily 6-8 hrs is considered good for NEET. The time you need to study will differ depending upon your IQ, whether you are a quick learner or takes time to absorb things. What matters a lot is the quality study that you do and not the number of hours.
make a list of topics proceeding from highest weightage to the lowest weightage followed by biology, then chemistry and physics.
Begin with Biology and one other subject simultaneously. Start studying your strongest topics with the most weightage.
Start with your ncert books first.
For physics, solve as many questions as you can. Additionally, create a chapter-wise formula sheet that comprises all formulas and laws discussed in the chapter.
For chemistry, learn diagrams and chemical equations by heart.
Write and practice daily.
Rest depends on you.
Thankyou
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
