Hello,
The number of hours that you spend studying in a day will depend on your endurance.
I think rather than fixing time it would be better to fix the topics you would finish that day, and then accordingly set time required to cover those topics.
Since you do not have much time left now and just a few months, My advice to you would be to revse through all that you have studied till now. If You plan on studying anything new then you should check for topics that have more weightage and study those. Also when you study maintain a notebook where you write down the important points and formulas as this may be helpful to you when you want to go through the topics at a quick glance.
These are some of the most imprtant topics that you should never miss in Pysics:
-
Motion of System Of Particles and Rigid Body
-
Properties of bulk matter
-
Oscillations and Waves
-
Electrostatics
-
Current Electricity
-
Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents
-
Optics
-
Electronic devices
Also do as many previous years question papers as possible. This helps you to recollect the formulas, gives you an idea on where you have to improve and will also help you to manage time better.
Below I have shared a link where you can get mock test series.:

Another important thing is that don’t study anything new at the last minute and this can create confusions.
NEVER TAKE YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED . Get proper sleep, eat healthy food and keep your self hydrated. Ensure that you do not stress your self too much and give enough time to relax and take breaks. Always remember that if you are stressed out then take a break as it would not bring out any good results when you put yourself in more stress.
Finally, on the day of the exam relax and don’t get tensed. Keep your mind clear and give the exam. You will surely be able to do well.
