Yeah. Its possible. Just keep calm and relax. And do follow this..
First follow the previous years question papers. Preferrably from 2013. Solve them. Study the topics frequently asked in the question and high yielding topics.
Revise on regular basis,, follow ONLY NCERT BOOK FOR BIOLOGY. FOCUS MORE ON FIGURES ,EXAMPLES, GRAPHS, FLOW CHARTS, etc etc.. Study the solved examples of physics and chemistry ncert books.
Practise and practise regularly as much as you can..
And do revise regularly because its the revision which will boost up your confidence. And stay motivated..REST LEAVE ON GOD. .
I'm confident if you follow this with your full dedication you will score 600+ marks in neet ug.

You'll have to put in a lot of time. Maximum 15 minutes break but proper sleep. If you concentrate and try to get the maximum output in time everything is possible.

It is possible to score 550+ unless you start from a scratch one needs enogh hardwork and dedication to get onto it. Concentrate you will surely suceed.
