yes how to prepare for kvpy and manage 12th along with it here is what you can do
- Dont panic while preparing.
- Compare topics from +1 and +2. Only a few topics are completely new in the syllabus of 12th. Rest of the chapters, you will eventually get to know, that are similar and have the same underlying concepts.

Also Solve NCERT (Inorganic Chemistry )And For Physical Chemistry :- R C Mukherjee And Organic ( M.S.Chauhan) .
