Yes, why not.You can definitely do that.Infact thousands of students do that every year. A large group of aspirants who prepare for jee don't prefer going coachings due to lot reasons like it lot of hours gets wasted in travelling while going and returning, faculties sometimes are not that good atleast for you, may be you wont understand the way of teaching of some of them and various other reasons.So, its better to prepare on own.You just need good guidance and necessary resources.
