Yes , you can select deemed universities quota during second round of counselling even if you have not participated in deemed universities quota for first round . The only thing that you need to do is to make fresh registrations and do required payments .
Kindly note that registrations for the same will start from 9t h July, 2019 to 11th July, 2019 till 05:00.
And payment facility will be available till 11th july 2019 till 12 noon.

hey Archi , it depends on your neet score than you will get admission in any college or not.As far as deemed universities are concerned the keep their cutoff generally low.So , if you are not able to secure a seat in deemed university in first round than you have chances of getting selected in its next counselling round for sure
