But only 15% of the Government Medical College seats, Deemed/Central Universities, AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled through AIQ. The rest are filled through State Counselling following Constitutional reservations. Now that is why SEBC is not an option that you see when you fill up the NEET application form.
