Can I shift from vit Bhopal to Vellore. it's just one month I've joined Bhopal.

It totally depends on seats availability, as suppose you have Computer science branch in Bhopal but if there is no seat available in Vellore for computer science you may not get admission there or you may have to change your branch accordingly. You have contact the concerned authorities to know the detail and procedure.
