No it is not possible as JEE advance eligibility criteria includes a minimum required marks termed as cutoff to be scored by the candidates applying for advance

No,To appear in JEE advanced,you have to first clear out JEE mains exam so it is mandatory to first qualify JEE mains exam,if you want to appear in JEE advanced.i hope this information helps you.
