Integration concept in mathematics is very important not only for jee mains but also during your Engineering.
You can expect 3 to 4 questions directly from this chapter. It's weightage is around 12 marks and every mark counts in jee mains. Also it's concepts are indirectly required to solve physics questions.
I would recommend that you should not skip this chapter. Even if you find it difficult, you must atleast be able to solve basic direct questions.
Below provided link will help you clarify your doubts and give you little motivation.

With proper practice I am sure you will be able to grasp the concepts and score better.
Hope this is helpful.
The Most important and scoring part in Mathematics in Joint Entrance Examination is Calculus including Integration.Based on analysis, nearly 40-45% of the questions are asked from calculus. So skipping the Integration in Jee is not a good option either.Stay focussed and try to take a grasp over different critical categories of Integration. You can refer SN DEY MATHEMATICS BOOKS.
At first try to take a good control over all the formulas of integration. My suggestion is don't leave integration as maths is a scoring subject in Jee and without attempting 40% of maths it is almost impossible to score 92-93 percentile.
