Eligibility criteria for BA. LLB is following:

Candidates must have passed their 12th standard from a recognized board from any stream.

Candidates belonging from general category must secure 45% in 12th standard while candidates of reserved category must secure minimum 40% in class 12th.

There is no age limit has been set on enrollment of candidates for this course.

So, Yes you can start BA .LLB after passing 12th.

Yes, After completing your 12th standard, you can either enroll for the 5-year integrated BA. LLB degree course or you can  do graduation in any discipline and then do 3 years LLB course.

You can also appear for the entrance test conducted by the institute of your choice or appear in CLAT (Common Law Admission Test).
