Yes, you can start preparing for NTSE examination. It's my suggestion either to get a good coaching for the same else if you want to do it yourself by self preparation then keep in mind to practice well. You can get many videos on YouTube for reference.

As per your query, you should definitely start preparing for your NTSE Exam which will be more likely be held in the month of January.
Since your profile shows that you are a residence of Jharkhand therefore the application form of Jharkhand NTSE has already been released on November 8 2021 and application will conclude on 28 November 2021. Furthermore, the stage 1 NTSE Admit card will be released on January 9,2022.
