Well ! There is no such age where you cant dream a new dream . YOU CAN DO IT



B-tech at this age is not a right decision .As it will take another 4 years.You have to work really very hard .Nothing is impossible.Get b-com degree done with your related field of interest.While working you can take internships .Once done you can easily get into a MNCs then after you can plan for MBA or any based on your interests.



Age is just a number, and there is no bar for learning (atleast no age bar).



If you are trying to do Btech by giving entrance examinations , then I would like to suggest that better go for some foreign universities.



If you have zeal in you then you can do anything you want at any point in your life. Ya, it will be hard because of the society and many other reasons that will make your path a little bit harsh but if you have a great determination power you can surely achieve that. So, all the best and dont be afraid of anything because difficult path usually leads to a beautiful destination.



As age is not a problem in India. So, you can study further in whatever field you want to go for.



Regarding govt jobs, if you find that there is age bar, it would always be better to go in private sector, as opportunities to go higher are always available.
