I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with your rank you cannot get a seat , not even in mopup round as your rank is very high and there are very limited seats in medical.

I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.

According to previous year, the lowest cut off was AIR 27944 and neet marks 482 for Government Medical College, Khandwa which clears the picture that you don't have any chance for admission in govt. medical colleges and also there are total of 1426 MBBS seats for state quota for 1st round out of which only 571 seats are for unreserved category.
