It depends on which institute you want to take admission in. I will advise you to check the specific eligibility criteria of the institutes you want to enroll in in Canada. Besides scoring exceptionally good in boards you will also need to clear TOEFL and IELTS. I will give you an example,
For admission in University of Alberta (UofA) - Canada:
minimum 70% in 12th with subjects including
English (Literature & Composition)
One of these- Fine Arts,Humanities,Languages other than English,Physical Education,Math/Sciences
Two of these-Humanities,Languages other than English,Math/Sciences
Mathematics
besides high toefl scores
