can i study degree because i was 12th fail student,i want to study

hope you are doing well
well i will not use any sugarcoat and sorry to say if you are failed in 12th then there no any way to get in degree course.
I'll suggest you to do diploma in any stream of your choice, after completing your diploma you can apply for degree by lateral area process.
this is the only way to get you in degree course.
