Can i study mbbs directly after passing 12th with 80 percentage marks
No you cannot study this way. You need to give the NEET exam for sure to get into all the medical courses including the MBBS course. The NEET eligibility cutoff for general unreserved category was 135 marks last year out of 720 and usually government MBBS colleges have cutoff in the range of 500-530 and above marks.

Best wishes. Thank you.
80% in 12th, meets the eligibilty criteria, but You can go for MBBS course, only after qualifying NEET examination. So after class 12, you need to qualify NEET with a good rank and percentile, so as to get a good medical college during counselling.
I hope this helps you!
Hello
I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get admission in MBBS on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th board examination.
This is because,
Admission in MBBS is not provided on the basis of marks obtained by you in class 12th board examination rather admission is provided through NEET entrance examination and qualifying Neet examination has been made mandatory for getting admission in Medical College for MBBS BDS etc
So, Neet is the only gateway to all the medical colleges be it government or private , even if you want to get admission in foreign for your MBBS etc then you need to clear Neet examination so there's no way other than qualifying Neet if you want to get into mbbs
Thank you
