can i study MCA after completing diploma computer science

No , you are not eligible for MCA as the eligibility criteria to get admission in MCA is as follows :
- Need to do Graduation (BCA/B.Sc/B.com) from any recognized University
- Need to acquire min 50% in exam
- Mathematics should be a compulsory subject in class 12
- Admission Process: Merit based or Entrance test based

So, with regard of you're query, NO you cannot do the MCA course after completion of the Diploma. You need to complete the graduation level course and get a Bachelors' degree and after that only you will be able to do the Diploma course.
