Yes, you can go for M.Sc (Computer Science).
Eligibility norm

Learners with a bachelor's degree in science stream in any subject from an acknowledged university. Though BCA or a B.Sc in Computer Science graduate has a benefit.

A bachelor's degree with 50% or more is compelled.
