Yes, most of the Universities have relaxed their Admission criteria allowing any aspirant with an Undergraduate Degree in Science or Engineering with Physics & Mathematics in 10+2 to apply for Postgraduate Courses in Astrophysics, though most candidates for Astrophysics M.Sc. seat have a B.Sc. in Physics. However, you must refer the Admissions Page of your Target University for the Final Eligibility Criteria for Astrophysics Postgraduate Courses.
