So, after completing 12th in any stream from a recognised university or board you are eligible to apply for Bachelor of Psychology. So yes, Commerce Students are eligible to get admission in Psychology course. Then after you can choose your Master's.

let me clear your doubt. Yes you can do psyochology with commerce  background.actually  a candidate from any stream can study psychology course. You can do graduation course after 12th, which is a three year degree course. After completing graduation you can also do Master's degree in psychology and even research works also.

No it's not compulsory to study Psychology in 10+2 in order to pursue a bachelor's degree in it, there might be some percentage deduction in a few colleges but minor. Otherwise, if you have cleared 10+2 you are very much eligible to pursue BA Psychology Honours.
