Can I submit charecter certificate issued by a gazzated office during my mbbs admission?

hello,

yes , the character certificate is issued by the school you have passed out from, so you use that , this is signed by the school principal.

if you do not have the character certificate you got from your school. you may get it from any other gazetted officer you know.

the officers who are appointed through notification in gazette of india or any particular state are classified as gazetted officer.

like you can get your character certificate signed by a doctor too, but you must check that his appointment is published in government's gazette.

so, in the first case the character certificate is iasued by the school, and you use it during mbbs admission, but in case you do not have it, you can get it issued by any gazetted office person and use it , it is valid.
