Hi Abhishek,
I think it is not possible because you only said that you have missed the date of the submission so they will not accept it if you submit it now. To make your form accepted go and contact the college authorities; explain them the reason of why you were not able to submit the form on time. If they find the reason legit; they'll surely accept it.
