Hello,

Yes, you can take 12th admit card as Id Proof, along with this you need to carry NEET admit card with self declaration(undertaking) duly filled in A4 paper with  photo affixed  and unsmudged left thumb impression(signature to be done only in the presence of the invigilator), mask, gloves, a a personal sanitizer of 50 ml, personal transparent water bottle,additional photograph same as uploaded on the application form to be  pasted on the attendance sheet.
