Can I take addmision in direct second year engineering in bharati vidyapeeth deemed university college of engineering pune?

Yes one can.

If one has completed first year engineering from any University and wants to change to other University, it is possible.

• The first and foremost manadatory requirement is the candidate must have cleared the first year without any backlog.
• The second requirement is the present institute must give NOC for the transfer. (Many institutes are reluctant to give NOC due to loss of revenue of fees for remaining duration. i.e. fees of remaining 3 yeras)
• The college to which one wants to migrate must have vacancy in the branch where admission is sought.
• Candidate needs to apply to the Registrar of the University in which admission is sought.
• After verifying the equivalence of the courses such permission for admission is given by the Registrar.
• Candidate at this stage may approach the college and pay the fees and take the admission.

Though it is possible to change University, the paperwork and procedures involved are time consuming and tiring in state universities. However in Deemed or Private Universities it may be quick enough.
